Minnesota Soccer Group, LLC (“MSG”) and its affiliate, Minneapolis St. Paul Athletic Union (“MSPAU”), are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Both organizations are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information through our websites, email communications, and other online platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”). By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to all programs, events, and services operated or co-operated by MSG and MSPAU. Where applicable, certain programs may be operated solely by one organization, but the same privacy practices described here apply in either case.

Payment information when you register for events or purchase merchandise;
Player and participant registration details, including date of birth and emergency contact information; and

To send promotional and marketing communications on behalf of MSG or MSPAU (you may opt out at any time — see Section 5);

To share relevant information between MSG and MSPAU for the purposes of coordinating affiliated programs and events;

4. Data Retention

Account and registration information is retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period thereafter;
Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years); and
Marketing email lists are maintained until you opt out or request deletion.

5. Your Choices
Marketing Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications from us — including communications sent on behalf of MSG or MSPAU — at any time by:

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages related to your registrations or account.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our Platforms.
6. Third-Party Links
Our Platforms and email communications may contain links to third-party websites, including sponsors, registration platforms, and social media pages. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to take steps to protect your own information, such as using strong passwords and logging out of shared devices.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Platforms are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@mnsoccergroup.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.
For youth participants (ages 13–17) in MSG or MSPAU programs, we may collect registration and contact information with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Photos and video recordings of youth participants at our events are subject to the media and image rights terms provided at the time of registration.
9. CAN-SPAM Compliance
All marketing emails sent by Minnesota Soccer Group, LLC and Minneapolis St. Paul Athletic Union comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically:
Every marketing email includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link;
We honor all opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days);
We do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information; and
Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address as listed in Section 11 below.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly (such as via email). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
